We currently ship within the UK using Evri’s next-day courier service. Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days, and most orders will be delivered within 1-3 days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service, customs (if applicable), or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to our print-to-order model, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will replace damaged items after you provide us with photographic evidence of the damage, including images of the damaged item and packaging.
