We print our products to order, which means each item is carefully made just for you. Our typical processing time is 1-2 business days. This is the time it takes to print, package, and prepare your order for dispatch. Please note that this does not include shipping time, so once your order is processed, it will be on its way to you quickly!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey. We use either a Courier Service (Such as Evri, DPD etc)  or Royal Mail for delivery, and their tracking system will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

We currently offer free shipping to UK Mainland ONLY on orders over £50, but we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for all our customers.

All our items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use sturdy boxes or and protective bubble wrap to ensure your cookie cutters arrive in perfect condition.
