What are your cookie cutters made of?
Our cookie cutters are 3D printed using food-safe, biodegradable PLA filament. They are made with care and are an eco-friendly option. However, please note that they are not dishwasher safe. To preserve their quality, hand wash your cutters in lukewarm water and avoid exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or humidity to prevent warping.
What Sizes Are Available for Our Cutters & Embossers?
Our cookie cutters & embossers come in a variety of sizes to suit your creative needs. Standard sizes are: 5cm, 6.5cm, 8.5cm or 10cm. Whether you’re looking for small, intricate designs for detailed cupcake toppers or larger cutters for statement cookies, we’ve got you covered. Are the cutters only suitable for cutting cookie dough?
Our cutters are designed with versatility in mind. Not only are they perfect for crafting cookies and biscuits, but they’re also ideal for creating beautiful fondant or icing cupcake toppers. Whether you're baking for a birthday party, wedding, or themed celebration, our cutters allow you to create edible decorations that will wow your guests. Beyond baking, these cutters can also be used for clay crafts, making them a great tool for creative projects.
Can I purchase individual cutters/embossers rather than a whole set?
Yes! Most of our products are listed as both individual items and the option to buy the full set. Some of our products are also only listed as a set (to save you money!) however if you would like to purchase an individual design or mix-and-match products/sizes from multiple sets, that is no problem.
Are your products suitable for Two-Toning?
In general, our embossers are printed at a standard depth of between 3-8mm (depending on the design) if you specifically require a design for TWO TONING then we recommend that you let us know either before placing an order or in the notes section upon checkout. That way we can ensure the depth is suitable for two-toning.
Do you offer custom / personalised designs?
Yes, we do! If you need a specific design simply drop us a message on Instagram, use the Live Chat Button, or drop me an email—I’d love to help! and we can create a custom order/invoice for you. Custom designs generally take between 1-7 days (depending on how busy we are!) The design fee ranges from £4-£10 (depending on the design requirements) However if we feel that the design is something we can add to our catalogue, then we sometimes waive the design fee!
How long does shipping take?
We aim to process your order within 24 hours, however during busy times it can sometimes take a little longer.

What is Processing Time?
We print to order, so please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to make and prepare your order for shipping. This does not include shipping time.

Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping to UK Mainland ONLY on orders over £25, but we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for all our customers.
Can I track my order?
Yes! When we ship your order, we will provide you with tracking information, so you can easily monitor its progress until it reaches you.
Can I exchange or return my cookie cutters?
Because we print to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your cutters arrive damaged, we are happy to send you replacements! Simply send us a photo of the damaged item(s) and the damaged shipping box, and we will take care of the rest.
Do you accept urgent orders?
If you need your order by a certain date or have a special request, please send us a message before placing your order.
