As all our cookie cutters are custom-printed for each order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or offering a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the item(s) and the packaging, to help us process your request quickly.
